How do I create an account?  

You can create your account by going to www.themarketplace.gocart.ph.  You may register using your email address. 

How are items priced on GoCart?  

All products on our website are sold at the same price as our offline stores.  

What are the goods available at GoCart?  

We offer grocery items from The Marketplace. Stay tuned for more items from your favourite retail brands soon.  

What is the minimum order value?  

We have no minimum purchase requirement for each transaction. 

Is there a maximum amount or quantity to order? 

We follow quantity restrictions imposed by DTI on select basic commodities. Likewise, we abide by local government regulations on the selling and delivery of liquor in select areas.

Due to delivery or supply constraints, we may also limit the quantity allowed per order for certain products.

Can someone abroad order and deliver locally? 

Yes.  Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by GoCart.  

Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable? 

Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on actual items fulfilled. 

How can I get updates of my order? 

You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.

For email notifications, in case they are not in your primary inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you don't receive any notification, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@gocart.ph.

Are there age restrictions in the ordering and delivery of tobacco products, vapor products, and heated tobacco products? 

Selling of tobacco products to minors are unlawful. Cigarette purchase using GoCart is only allowed for adult smokers 18 years old and above, and for vapor products and heated tobacco products for 21 years old and above.

How can I pay for my order?  

You can pay using debit card, credit card, cash-on-delivery or GCash.

For debit and credit cards, you will receive two text messages. The first message will show the amount that you ordered and it means that the transaction is authorized by the issuing bank. For credit cards, this was already deducted from your credit limit while for debit cards, this was already deducted from your available balance. The second message confirms the final amount which GoCart will charge you with as we may have out of stock items which will be deducted from your final bill. The amount to be actually charged to your debit or credit card will be based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. For credit card payments, you will only be charged by your credit card company the amount reflected in your receipt while for debit cards, the difference between the authorized amount and the final amount charged to your debit card will be released by your issuing bank in accordance with their internal procedure.

GoCart has no control over how long the excess amount will be reversed on your account as this depends on your bank's policies. 

For GCash via Paymongo, the excess amount due to out-of-stock items will be refunded in 3-5 days after delivery.

Can I use my Robinsons Rewards or Get Go card?  

GoCart can now credit points to Robinsons Rewards loyalty program. We will announce any updates should we be able to include Get Go loyalty program already.

Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?  

We cannot offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount. Currently, there is no policy in place for senior citizen discounts applied to online transactions. Nevertheless, we will abide with government regulations should this be updated.  

Do you honour VAT Exemption Certificate (VEC) or VAT Exemption Identification Card (VEIC) issued to foreign nationals?  

Currently, we don’t have the facility in place to verify certifications in the system.  

What areas do you currently serve? 

We are now serving Taguig, Makati, Pateros, and Mandaluyong but we will be announcing expansion soon for other areas within Metro Manila.

What are your delivery hours?  

Our regular delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm. You can choose your preferred schedule upon checkout.  

How do I know if you received my order? 

All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders. 

Can I change the delivery address of my order? 

The shipping or delivery address indicated in the order can no longer be changed. In case of errors in the address, please email support@gocart.ph at least 24 hours before your chosen delivery schedule to cancel your order.  

How long before my orders get delivered? 

You may choose from the delivery slots available upon check-out. We offer same day delivery and advanced ordering up to 3 days.  

Are there shipping and delivery fees? 

We charge a service fee of P200, which covers shipping at P100 and concierge at P100. Register in gocart.ph to get notifications on how to avail of FREE delivery and concierge.

How do I receive my ordered tobacco products, vapor products, and heated tobacco products? 

To receive your order please present your government issued ID. In case you are not available to receive your order, please present an authorization letter and a copy of your government issued ID. Your authorized recipient must also be 18 years old and above (for tobacco products i.e., cigarettes) and 21 years old and above (for VPs or HTs, i.e., HEETS)

Do you accept item replacements? 

For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email support@gocart.ph. Our dedicated customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours. 

Requests for replacement are only valid if: 

• The product delivered is damaged or expired 
• The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site 

Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions: 

• The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods 
• The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired 

Refund of order is subject to approval of management.
